Having lived and worked in Korea since the late 1990s, Sean’s current role is to represent and facilitate Woodside’s marketing, business development and oil & gas exploration activities in Korea. Sean is also Woodside’s lead on gas business development in India, Thailand and Singapore.
Sean is currently the Chairman of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Korea, a role he has held since January 2009. He was previously the Chairman of the Australia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ANZCCK) in 2007 and 2008, Vice Chairman in 2006 and first elected to the Board in 2005. Sean is a member of the Executive Committee of the Australia Korea Business Council (AKBC), a role he has held since 2007/8. Sean is married and has one daughter aged 9 months.

Jim has almost 20 years of corporate experience in Australia, Korea, and Hong Kong. He is currently the Regional Manager for Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) and was formerly Country Manager for Telstra, Level 3 Communications, REACH Networks and ASSA ABLOY in Korea. As a Korean born Australian educated national, Jim has a clear understanding of the Korean market and a global business perspective. Jim has served as a Director of the, then, Australia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea (2001~2003) and as a committee member of the Australian Business Group in Korea (1999~2001). Jim is currently serving as Vice Chairman for the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Korea.

Mary-Jane was posted to the Australia Embassy in Seoul for eight years until 2009, first in the political section (2000-04) and then as head of the education section (2006-09). In 2010, Mary-Jane founded a health and wellbeing business servicing Asia. She is married to a Korean sculptor, with whom she has three children. Mary-Jane speaks Korean, Japanese and Arabic. As an AustCham Director in 2009, she contributed actively to the chamber's events, newsletters and let the Korean membership sub-committee.

Ben is a Managing Director of the Macquarie Group. In Korea, he is Chief Executive Officer of Macquarie's private equity funds businesses that have made over US$1.5bn worth of investments in companies such as C&M, Taiwan Broadband, Hanjin Terminals, Megabox Cinemas and SKE&S City Gas. Ben has lived in Asia for ten years, including the last eighteen months in Korea. Over the course of his time in Asia, Ben has been active in the community and was previously the Chairman of ANZCham in Taiwan and served as an AustCham Director in 2009.

Evanor joined the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in 2003 as Director of and Analysis Section. Seoul is her first overseas posting. Prior to DFAT, she was a policy adviser at the Department of Treasury and worked on indirect tax and international economic forecasting and modelling areas. Evanor has a PhD from the University of Sydney and was an international economics lecturer at the University of Auckland in New Zealand before joining the Australian public service.

Jennifer officially joined AustCham on 1st of June 2010 as the Executive Director. She was born and mostly raised in Seoul except one-year study at the University of Pennsylvania. Her work experience in international organizations and corporations such as the Europe-Korea Foundation, SC First Bank and MOFAT, have taught her great interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask. She hopes to have a lively communication with members and organize dynamic and interesting activities and events for AustCham members and friends.
